Here we look at turning on the accessibility player in the YouTube app.​ This is the first thing we recommend you do after installing YouTube.

By turning this on you can choose how long video controls appear on the screen for after the screen is tapped. If you use the default video player, controls will only stay on the screen for 2 or 3 seconds after you tap the screen.
