  • Time to Dance with Scottish Ballet
    Wednesday, 3 June 2020  11:30 am - 12:30 pm

    This class will be streamed live on Facebook. It is a seated activity and suitable for people living with dementia. What you will need is:

    • A sturdy chair. A kitchen chair or similar, ideally with no arm rest. Arm-chairs and sofas are too low and soft
    • Enough room around you to reach out to the side without hitting anything. Make sure there are no trip hazards on the floor around you too. 
    • Drinking water 
    • Wear something cool and comfortable that you can move in. Ideally the class is done in bare feet, so no shoes or socks

  • Regenerate (60+) with Scottish Ballet
    Thursday, 4 June 2020  11:30 am - 12:30 pm

    This class will be streamed live on Facebook. It is a seated activity for people over 60 to exercise body and mind, and build strength, technique and a creative movement.:

    From 2 April you can watch a new National Theatre play every Thursday on YouTube, premiering at 7pm and then on-demand for the next 7 days.  The season starts with One Man, Two Guvnors, followed by Jane Eyre, Treasure Island and Twelfth Night.

  • London Symphony Orchestra - Always Playing

    Each Sunday and Thursday (from 22 March) the London Symphony Orchestra will be streaming a concert from its archive on YouTube. The LSO will provide digital programme notes and hopes that you will be able to sit down and watch at the same time as friends and family, wherever they are.

    Every Saturday, from April 4th, Tolbooth Stirling will be bringing you an hours long live gig from 19:30 on Facebook. The live performances will all be free to stream, and there will be a voluntary donation for Tiny Changes, a charity promoting mental health and wellbeing, if you are in a position to contribute.
