The Dial-a-Journey Door to Door Service offers accessible and affordable transportation for people with mobility difficulties who cannot use public transport. Passengers can be offered assistance from their door to the bus, and from the bus to their destination at the other end.

The service operates in daily in Stirling and in Clackmannanshire and Falkirk from Monday to Friday.

Dial-a-Journey operates from 7.45am until 10pm on weekday and from 9am to 10pm at the weekend. The last pick up time is at 9.30pm. Journeys outwith these times may be possible by special arrangements and additional charges may apply.

You can keep your National Entitlement Card at the same time as using Dial-a-Journey services.

Journeys can be booked in advance by phoning 01786 465355 between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
