Active Stirling provides exercise classes across the Stirling area. One of the programmes Active Stirling oversees is the Stirling walking network project. Several of these walks are 'dementia friendly' and designed to assist those living with dementia to attend with their carer, family and friends.
Active Stirling’s Exercise Referral Scheme is a 12-week physical activity programme targeted at people who may benefit from increased levels of activity. This provides participants with advice, support, programming and instruction.
